After a week in a big city, it was lovely to unwind and have a rest at Mr. Jigs, Venlo. We enjoyed lounging in the Cocktail & drinks Cafe. The variety of Easter cocktails were delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was a lovely size and comfy.
The city had an Easter Egg Walk( Eierloop) and everyone was out having fun.
Mr. Jigs also has a late checkout option and that is exactly what we did and then took a bottle of their signature Gin Mr. Jigs home with us.

Quality furniture and furnishings. Beautiful view over the shopping precinct, trees and parkland. Lovely breeze coming in the windows, perfect for early summer month 👏
Stairs were steep and difficult with luggage but once we reached our room we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean and luxurious it felt.

The room was rather expensive.
The room was rather expensive. Hotel miss managed my reservation and only had one night instead of two. The service in the restaurant was attrocias. Took forever to be waited on, I had to ask for the wine card 3 times before I finally received it. The waitress said she was busy as an excuse but it was more her unprofessional service & attitude.

Venlo is a beautiful city , i really loved the architecture and the nature . It was a wonderful time spent. Next time i'll take more time to walk around and explore even more. It is a very neat and clean city my eyes liked it.
A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a TV & Nespresso coffee maker. the grounds of the hotel a lovely with a small lake with seating all round although in December is was a bit chilly & snowy to sit out. The restaurant served a good selection with many locally produced goods. A good breakfast was served buffet style wth a wide choice of hot & cold foods. the staff were all so helpful & kind especially as our Dutch was severely lacking. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
the reception and bar area are newly refurbished and absolutely amazing, the bar was lovely and cozy staying over for the new year. the staff were very helpful in ordering a taxi for me to go to a client site for my work and the bar staff prepared some great food at last orders since we didn’t realise all the restaurants close in Venlo on nye! all in all very accommodating
the b&b is located in a residential area of venlo, very quiet, and very close to the city center, the owners of the house were very kind, hearty breakfast and very comfortable bedroom.
In addition, I thank the owner for being kind enough to leave me and my colleague at the train station in his car.
We have stayed at this hotel several times before and will probably be back again next year.
It is a convenient location, just off the motorway with good parking.
The staff are efficient and friendly.
The final words when we left were "Bye, bye, see you again next year".
This hotel has been there for a while and is still one of my preferred options in Venlo. It's getting a bit older but that's no issue for me. Value is excellent and breakfast is very good. The location opposite the railway station is a big plus in the Netherlands.
the hotel is at a very nice location with a relaxing atmosphere. There is a swimming pool and a sauna free for use. The people at the reception are very kind and the room is quiet and comfortable
The room had lots of windows and a small balcony. Bathroom was large and nice.
Owners and staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good. The restaurant for dinner was nice too.
Parking went well, Staff all friendly, Hotel looks nice, rooms are large, It was flexible to leave our bought stuff at lobby as well as leaving our car even after check out in garage
The hotel is practically across the road from the central station and situated right at the edge of the city centre. Furthermore, the breakfast selection, though minimal, was good.
Nice hotel and comfortable bed and big room. Good breakfast , we had one morning. And we had the opportunity to rent the bikes one day and that was a great day.
Personal was nice and really friendly, perfect location 5min to center of Venlo, nice and clean rooms. Definitely next time in Venlo I choose this hotel.
