The hosts are definitely 5 stars!!! They went above and beyond to help us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We even received fresh home made bread. They spent time telling us all about the area hikes (the Hytte is a must see and a beautiful hike) The apartment is clean and perfect for a family stay. The island is quiet, so it's a great place to get away from the hassle and bustle of Alesund. The light house is a must at sunset.

Jack was a very pleasant host. As we were the only customers during that night, we had full "private" access to the entire facilities (jacuzzi, extremely large TV and excellent sound system, small fitness room, kitchen,...). Quiet like no other place, very comfortable beds.
Kitchen is very well furnished, clearly stuffed by someone that uses it themselves.
The amount of facilities is outstanding.
