Knut was the perfect host! As a fifth generation hotelier, his friendly welcome and willingness to share his knowledge of the area was so appreciated. We found the family farm, thanks to Knut's books and careful explanation of naming conventions of the past century. Absolutely insane location, very beautiful - morning and evening walks are amazingly relaxing. The building is very old but in a very nice condition, and I loved the racing theme present all around inside.

Updated comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. We went for one of the fjord view rooms and it was so quiet. The breakfast in the morning was a very nice assortment of cold and hot breakfast items. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
