Let me start off by saying - this place has "meh" reviews on google - for the life of me I cannot understand why - maybe because they were posted before renovations? Either way, the property and room (albeit the room I was in was simple) - was clean, new, and I couldn't believe the views I woke up to out of my window. The restaurant was fantastic - the location is perfect and the staff went above and beyond to help me with any question I had, made sure to leave a key out for me when I arrived weary at 4am after a long car drive and even helped me with laundry services. I know where I am going to stay when I am back in southern Norway!

Nice full equiped and modern apartment with 2 rooms and comfy double beds, excellent living roon with sofa, TV and balcony, very clean and nice bathroom. Host was attentive and friendly. Perfect for families, my children enjoyed thier stay here. Excellent location in Odda Sentrum close to restaurants and cruise port.

Odda is quite small and the place is not too far from city...
Odda is quite small and the place is not too far from city centre. There should be an additional information about rent of duvets and bed sheets for 10 euro or 100 nor coron (they do not accept cards so you have to take cash from atm). Ppl at the reception are nice. However the information about limits in water quite weird. In Norway everything is a bit more expensive but comping just Bergen to Odda, Odda you have to multiply prices for accommodation. Quality wasn't that high, room clean but showers are need to be improved. Also they need to inform ppl to close the door from kitchen as smell is going around the whole building. Enjoy your stay don't forget to take your tracking shoes before entering the building. :)BartoszIreland - 8.0Scored 8.0

Nice position and good connections to the Trolltunga trail. A bit pricey for shuttles 230-250 NOK to P2. Plus extra 130 NOK from P2 to a higher point at P3. No that many options in terms of restaurants so think about preparing your food. The Thai restaurant is very good though with cheap prices and big portions.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment with shower room, kitchen and sitting room area. the apartment was clean and well equiped. The staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly. the linen and towels were included and of good quality. The rooms were above the recption and shower block so there was some noise transfer up to the apartment but thats not unexpected. We had 2 of our group doing the trolltonga hike, and 2 of our group wanted a more sedate walk being nearly 80 yrs old. the staff were able to give advice and clear instructions for them to enjoy a suitable walk. they couldnt have been more helpful, thank you.MelUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

The drive to Odda was very scenic! We were staying there to hike Trolltunga and it is not very far from Odda. We also visited the glacier which is nearby. You can view it from the glacier's parking lot if you do not want to hike it.

If you like Odda and Ragnarok series and/or need to stay for the night after demanding Trolltunga hike then this is the place. A view at night is also spectacular, you can see the famous factory from there. Rooms are very simple, don't expect too much, but hey, you will be very happy to sleep there because beds are super comfortable and everything is clean.

Of course you can hear passing traffic, but in my opinion that is to be expected. I counted 4 supermarkets nearby, CCS car chargers, restaurants,... There is parking on the back side of the property, as is the main entrance. If that should be full, 50 metres further there are more spaces. Everything you need is there, the whole place is brand new renovated.
