The location was great, a 5 minute walk from train station and close to Torp airport. Sandefyord town looked beautiful in the snow but we didn't get much chance to explore. Room was big enough, but hotter than I like. Everywhere looked very clean.

Sandefjord is very much a working, functional port town with good marina facilities for leisure boaters. There are plenty of options to dine out and have a stroll around the harbour/port area, but it is not really big on tourism as such, which is probably not a bad thing. If you are driving, the links to the major routes are easy to follow, and of course you have the ferry port for travelling over to Sweden.

We went out of season with limited activities---a month or two earlier and i'm sure our thoughts would be different. So expensive to live not just in Sandefjord but in Norway. Same price as Oslo---thought it would be better value.
The hotel is very warm and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was really good hot and cold, plenty of choice and the young lady in the restaurant would make sure we were always topped up with fresh coffee, she was so friendly and a credit to Kong Carl. The location is brilliant, very central for everything. This was our second stay in a matter of weeks and would highly recommend it, I would definitely stay again.
The house is beautiful, and feels very cozy. This is a perfect place to get some rest and to feel a Norwegian atmosphere during your trip. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of equipment and there is a lot of space in the house to just sit and relax. The house is located in very pretty neighbourhood. Our host was really friendly, made sure that everyone felt comfortable and also drove us to the airport. We’d love to visit this place again one day.
The owner very nice, friendly. It was no problem to get to the apartment. The keys to the apartment were waiting for us in the agreed place. The apartment was spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Location - intimate housing estate, peace and quiet, a bit far from the railway station. For non-motorized people, it is worth choosing the option of getting there by scooter or asking the owner about the possibility of renting a bike :))
Due to late night airport delays, we missed the last train to Oslo. He picked us up from the airport and we loved staying in this haven. It was wonderful to see more how locals live, and he made it very comfortable. The fresh-baked bread was incredible, especially for weary travelers.
Localisation is very convenient; close to the train station, bars and city center. it was really easy to jump onto hiking routes from there. Hotel has nice wellness space, so also great to relax. Fantastic breakfasts, I was amazed with the variety of choices. Helpful and kind staff.
This property had the most beautiful view. Modern clean Villa with everything you need. Spacious dining and living room with large windows. Nice beds in the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice.
A large outdoor patio that is probably amazing in the summer.
BREAKFAST, GOOD CHOISE OF FOOD
ROOM WAS OK BUT NO TEA/COFFEE EQUIPMENT

Klara exceeded all of my expectations, and Asle is one of the most kind, genuine hosts I have ever met. The entire experience was wonderful, from start to finish. Asle has created a welcoming space that radiates community and love.
really friend helpful staff, perfect for airport commute literally 12 mins from Sandefjord Station to Torp airport.
the evening meal and breakfast was a bonus.
in all really good value for money.
would definitely stay again.
It was a perfect space to dry our wet motor gear, as we'd been riding in the rain for a few days. There was a drying rack and electric heaters. The apartment was simple but comfy and the beds were good.
It is an ideal location if you are leaving/arriving from Torp airport for an overnight stay. The town is small, quiet and a terminal for ferries going to Sweden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The property sits right by the shuttle bus service to Oslo city center so our driver dropped us off here before going on to the airport. The hotel was cozy and the buffet breakfast was delicious!
Best thing was Host...Mrs Siri Anderson..
Polite ,Informative & helpful....if I ever get a chance to come back to Norway in holidays ..this place would be my first priority...
The apartment is clean and modern. The bed is very soft. The washer and dryer are a great feature, and the shower is large for Europe. It is a 16 minute drive to the airport.
