Everything was as described, room and facilities were clean, it was quiet and had a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Kitchen was also well-equipped and had everything we needed!

The hotel is a former restaurant, dating back to the late '40s- '50s. Big, scenic waterfall behind the hotel. Small hydro plant next to the hotel. Nice view of the fjord. Nice wood fire in the dining lounge area. Full kitchen. Quite rooms. Nice, and informative host. Climbed up to the nearby Snolke Cabin after I checked out. It is a serious, icy/snowy hike in late October. Returned in one piece, more or less ;) Lots of photos.
