Excellent location within walking distance of the harbor. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The little patio with table and chairs outside in the quiet and secluded garden was really nice!

Wonderful property- very cozy with excellent view; also very close to the city center. The apartment has all conveniences and welcome extras such as phone chargers and coffee. The instructions about how to get into the property were very detailed making it super easy to get to the property. Loved the fact that you can just pick up the key whenever you arrive vs. having to arrange meet up with the host.

THis was an out of the box destination, full of wonders, history and uniqueness. THis 1910 house is full of skilled wooden carvings, historic furniture , and character. Next door is the wonderful outdoor Viking village complete with ships, grass-roofed cabins, and a well done museum. Having no car, we took the local efficient public bus into Alesund for dinner.

The apartment is very modern with a rustic note. It was probably a basement , but is was transformed very well , it is very well lit and nicely arranged. It is a bit far from the center, but the bus stop is 100 m away. Rema grocery is literally next door. Very quiet area. Thank you
