Staff is always friendly and inviting. Although this time, out of 8 stays, our housekeeping girl was rude and unaccomidating. She was actually quite rude.

place is secure and safe. staff was amazing and our room was nice.
There is nothing to do in Bacolod. Landers as a shopping experience was poor, S & R opens next week which may help. There are a few good restaurants Bobs, 51, and the Chinese. The Seda hotel is the best by a mile. The main SM centre is boring and unexciting.
Perhaps fishing trips or sensibly priced visits to the hot springs if advertised would be an idea.
The Golf course is flat and nice people there.

A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous.
A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous. Foods are excellent in taste, presentation & good value for money. The best place we visited : DSB, too many coffee shops and other places that caters to very excellent food. Easy to go somewhere else within the city proper with the use of the app of Grab cars with affordable rates.

Philippine sugar capital never sours
Philippine sugar capital never sours
Bacolod is a sweet, culture-rich destination in the middle region of the Philippines. People never tire of smiling, offering assistance to visitors. Taxi drivers are honest and their vehicles are clean. You can ask them to take you to the Maskara festival and take part in it too. Visit San Sebastián Cathedral, a landmark of faith and culture. Needing a natural respite from stresses? Head to Mambukal fresh water spring resort and be rejuvenated. The Bacolod Chicken Inasal (barbecue) is an unforgettable touch to the palate while Aboys Restaurant is superior in grilled seafood. Top the Bacolod experience with Calea cakes for the unsweetened tooth. Taste it for yourself .

I mostly go to Bacolod for BaCon Pop. And so far, it's been great. My friends and I always make sure to go to Vikings at least once during our stay in Bacolod. It's fairly easy to get around with the help of Grab.

The thing with Bacolod is there isn't really much to see within the city itself. The interesting spots are all outside the city. The Ruins is in Talisay City. The Silay ancestral houses are all in Silay City. Mambukal is in Murcia.

Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate.
Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate. Taxi drivers are honest and take pride of the city. The new service shuttle loop is air-conditioned and have friendly conductors. Even fellow passengers will help you find your destination. A few beggars and street sleepers around but fewer than I can remember. I just loved the "chill" nature of people around. I felt safe walking 12 rounds at the lagoon early morning with zumba music for the dancers in front of the Capitol building. It was a good vibe
The food!
We had dinner at the Bistro. The price of the food is ok, the food was so delicious. 🤤
Coffee is one of the best and incomparable to the internationally known coffee shops.
The room was ok. Just need a little refurbishing, maybe.
There is ongoing renovation when we checked-in, and that won't change my good impression of the hotel.
The hotel staff from the guards, reception, lobby assistant, bistro, and breakfast staff were amazing.
Comfortable bed, small useful kitchen for cooking, fridge to keep food. Good price, value for money.
Modern AC split unit was very welcomed, since the old ones typical in Philippines are very noisy, while this type is more silent.
Best location, by the city center.
Netflix was a plus.
Check in was perfect, even at almost midnight, the security guard handed us the keys upon presentation of our ID.
The hotel is located at the heart of the city surrounded by eateries, shops, universities, and blended with the local community. The interior of the room and lobby far exceeded my expectations. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast have not much of a selection but understandable because the hotel is not a very huge one. The food was yummy though.
It was a 3 star hotel when I book there
But in shower and toilet was there leak and water in the dry area
The painting fall of the wall
No coffee or tea at the room
Not posible to get a beer or drink avter 10 in evening
This was a bad experiance
I have live at several 3 star hotel, also in Bacolod . This was my be a 1 star hotel
It was an awesome stay, we were assisted nicely and the room was very clean, complete amenities and I like the idea of the honesty store very convenient. It was our 1st family vacation and thank you so much for giving us a home, thank you for making our Bacolod experience comfortable and relaxing.
Superb. Totally worth the price for the nights spent on the hotel. Amenities and the location are a heaven sent for those who are looking to have the convenience of having what you want and need nearby. The hotel even granted my request for an early check-in! Just awesome!
Place offered great service and everyone was extremely friendly. We had hot and cold shower, bidet, smart tv, refrigerator, tables and chair (like a dining area), microwave and water heater. Extremely worth the stay out of all the places we rented out in Bacolod.
Rooms serve their purpose. Conveniently located right next to a Mall. Very close proximity to my office in Bacolod. You got almost everything you need within close distance to the hotel. Water stations are conveniently placed every floor. Staff were all nice.
I like everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. And we didn't expect a delicious free breakfast because of their rate. We really got more than what we paid for. Highly recommend.
the location was good and was very accessible. it was near most of the restaurants and the hospital. food available in the hotel was also really good. the room was very spacious. its the same as what is shown in the picture.
Staying at Park Inn Radisson Bacolod. is the best vacation we had for 15 days. It’s lovely place to live in for a short vacation, so clean and the staff is accommodating. The location is perfect it’s beside SM City Bacolod.
The room is very clean and spacious..and because it’s surrounded with trees it feels very relaxing. Also the location is very good as it is situated not far from Bacolod City and it’s near the Silay City Airport.. 😊
If you're looking for an affordable yet top notch room to stay in Bacolod, I suggest you book with this host, the room is very clean, stylish and comfortable.
Super enjoyed and satisfied of my stay 😊👍
We love everything about the property. The works of art displayed inside the house and its architecture! It is very Bacolodnon but elevated. Just a very lovely place and perfect for groups or family.
Location was pretty good close to what we need. Host was pretty accommodating. Appreciate the fact they respond quickly to questions, specially for us first timer in Bacolod.
