The same room I was staying more often in the past. However, this was only provided when I strongly complained the first room I was assigned; it was a small room with very dirty window that I could hardly see the view of the outside. A wide window was gone and instead two window panels (one is protruding) with one being difficult to open because the bed is blocking the way.

Overall Property - Very good and well maintained. Nice upscale presentation of the lobby and public spaces.
Room - The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Very good A/C. Good wifi.
Service and Staff - Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Attentive.
Location - Very convenient location. Direct access to the mall (without having to get in the heat). Most every service was a short walk away. Restaurants, shopping, laundry, spa. Not fancy, upscale gallerias; but meets all needs and comforts.
Safety - Very safe. Security officers are everywhere managing traffic, pedestrians, and have a good presence in the neighborhood at all hours.
