Very nice hotel. Very good location, next to main train station Krakow Główny, great for train and plane travellers, next to huge shopping centre. Next to Old Town. It’s very quiet in the room, considering being in a centre and next to train station. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Very clean, modern property. It was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond! Exceedingly helpful with every request, courteous and thoughtful. Gave us a wonderful breakfast box when our tour was leaving very early. Breakfast was excellent. A wide range at the buffet and á la carte available in addition. Location couldn't have been better. Five minutes from the main square on foot and approx 8 minutes to the main railway station. Everything within walking distance. Stylishly elegant with a modern twist.

We stayed here for three nights. Very friendly staff, cool vintage interior. Very comfortable bathroom, with excellent ventilation. Delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel has a cozy restaurant, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Paid secure parking is available. Public transport is within walking distance (5-7 minutes), a tram goes to the very center of Krakow (15-20 minutes ride).
