Hotel is very nice and comfortable.
It is a good value for family - for childrens there is a fun room (kids club), adults will find a bar with reach offer :) finally spa was a big plus: swimming pool, sauna and hamam.
The hotel staff was friendly and helped with parking problem.

Location is amazing - very close to several hiking trails and the ski lift, tucked away from the crowds in a more quiet part of the town, but still close enough to shops and restaurants.

Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!
