The property is located in the outskirts of the Magura National Park, by the "black" hiking trail toward Ferdel (1/2 hour uphill hike).
On the mountaintop one can climb an observation tower to admire the panorama of the landscape in all its beauty.
It deserves to be noted, however, that the views are already great when looking out the window of the apartment, thanks to the cozy placement on a hillside.
The whole property is built with great deal of care toward ensuring maximum comfort to the guests, e.g. thanks to a neat lounge sporting kitchen, dining and other amenities (e.g. sunbathing). At the same time providing the possibility of privacy whenever required.
The property is located at the far end of a village, in a remote valley accessible only from one of its ends.
This makes it a perfect place for those seeking absolutely minimal civilizational pollutiion, e.g. for stargazing - zero artificial light pollution guaranteed.
Rooms themselves are A-class clean and tidy, nicely equipped, along with the private bathrooms.
A pet-friendly place, with a small pack of all-around herding-guard-fluffy dogs on premises, and a mischevious cat as a bonus.
Exceptionally hospitable and helpful owner.

This house is located in a very quiet, rural location on the outskirts of Gorlice. We very much appreciated the peace and quiet in the evenings.
The room was immaculately clean, as was the small shower room en-suite. It's fittings were basic, but completely adequate for our purposes (we were out, away from the room in our car, exploring the countryside and small villages all day).
This was a spacious, tile-floored room, located on the ground floor of the house in a semi-basement (6 tiled steps down to our room's door). The room had three single beds; we used two.
There was a small unit with a hob top and a very small fridge plus basic cutlery, electric kettle and a few pots etc. Because we were staying there in the middle of an unexpected heat-wave, we did no cooking, making cold meals/snacks and eating out for one meal a day.
On our arrival, the owner's son (who spoke some English) was there to get us settled-in. This was very helpful.
After this point, we planned to communicate with the property's owner who lived upstairs via phone translation apps, as she does not speak English and we do not speak Polish. In the event, this was not needed. The owner's son suggested two nearby supermarkets where we could stock up with food.
As there was no air conditioning, but the ground floor location kept things relatively cooler, and even on days of 32 C heat, the room cooled off at night through one large screened window with a privacy blind.
Outdoor clothesline for drying hand washing was appreciated (clothes pegs provided).
We stayed for five nights, and felt this was good value in a situation where we were out and about all day. We did not use the TV, so can't comment on it. But WiFi was fine - better than our slow rural WiFi at home!

The cottage is very spacious, cosy with a porch with a scenic view. It is placed just next to a trail road to the forest where we spotted deers couple times. We stayed 3 nights there with our dog and he truly enjoyed the time. Someone who likes the silence and peace of the countryside will love this place. Amazing view, beautiful forests, streams and river, just so lovely there! Owners are friendly, nice people spoke English and Polish as well.
