a micro city/village.
Be carefull of speeding there. The police is ambushing drivers there and they don't care if its a car with refugees or tourists, they will give you very heavy fine. If you try to go to Bidronka (super market), pay attention exactly on that last 300 meter road, thats where the police is wating for you with a speed gun that capture your car and picture of you. The speed limit there is 50 Km/h,. on each extra 10Km/h you will pay 200 zluty and if you exceed the 100Km/h .. expect to pay 2,000 zluty!
