Beautiful little town.
Beautiful little town. Very pretty with lots of history and things to see. Once you're in the town its easy to walk around. I loved many of the recommended places including the Queens walk, which I think many people miss.
Lots of nice places to eat too. The people were very friendly.
The countryside around, including the Pepper Mountains are lovely too.
Nearby Krzyżtopór Castle is one of the most interesting castle ruins I can remember visiting.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Brilliant location only a 5 minute walk to the old square. Staff were on top of everything, very informative and friendly. Restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee at the end of the corridor aswell. The hotel is decorated in a rustical style and fits the building beautifully. The sun terrace was a perfect location to sit and relax with the family. Would highly recommend.
+ location: quiet and close to a park, about 5 minutes from the Old Town area.
+ very spacious and comfortable - big table in the kitchen plus a comfortable bedroom with a sofa.
+ two comfortable beds
+ moskito nets in the windows - it's great during the summer when you want to cool down at night
+ interesting decor - someone really put a lot of thought into the design.
Well maintained hotel with surprisingly good breakfast in particular with regards to the quality of the offered items. Hotel is in a quiet area with view, about 15 minutes walking distance from the old town - easy walk. Quick and efficient organization to get a taxi for us to pick us up from the railway station (remote place).
The place was good. We got a room on the top floor but didn't have necessity to go down because all we needed was either in our room or in the hall. For an overnight stay, this was a very good choice. There also was a tiny parking lot for 2 cars, but if it's busy, there are many free places around the hotel as well.
The host was very welcoming and provided an excellent Polish breakfast each morning. The parking was free, and it was very easy to get to the old town Sandomierz from this location. We had modest single beds, but slept well in this location. Our room had a balcony that looked out at the Catholic church next door.
The owner and the staff, their home made food is delicious, the room was spacious and well appointed, everything worked. There is parking. Great breakfast - a buffet, and attached restaurant make it easy at the meal time.
This was my second time at the Tawerna Sandomierz, and I will return
Easy to find the hotel and the parking , easy to park and there are enough places for the cars , our room was small but decorated in smart way that you can find everything you want inside , stuff was friendly
Location, with parking. Rooms, jacuzzi and sauna. Great restaurant on the spot. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff. I can't think of any other place to stay in Sandomierz next time we will be there
Spacious living zone along with the kitchen and dinning area. Couch is extra comfy to sit on, I havent the need to try it out for sleeping though. Description is true to the photos. It was a pleasant stay.
Great location, mega clean! Nice view, very comfy bed. Felt like home and the host was very nice and polite, we had an amazing time and they recommended us some stuff around Sandomierz
Great location. It’s a beautiful property! Rooms were spacious and clean! Dogs are welcomed as a part of the family!!! Great common kitchen, grill and outdoor sitting and eating area!
