The location was perfect to visit all the sights on foot. So close to the market, many cafes and reataurants nearby. Close to the metro, though I didn't need to use it. It is a safe area and I felt very comfortable staying there as a lone traveller. Staff and the reception were available at all times, which was really reassuring and helpful for advice and booking a taxi when needed.

The location of this hotel, walking distance from the river and downtown Porto is excellent. The room was not too large but comfortable and tastefully decorated, the shower-room big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered much choice.
