The location is very nice, we were situated right next to the walking path which leads to the beautiful beaches along Tavira. It is not 'walkable' into Tavira, but if you have a car and are looking for a little community away from all the tourists, this is the place for you. The place is a little funky, it felt like a summer camp. There really isn't a couch in the living room, but two additional beds, which was odd. The kitchen had the dishes you need, but you need to have all your own spices, oils, etc. The room didn't have wifi, but we were able to rent a router for 1 euro, which worked really well. We had a nice little yard, which was great for the dog. We ordered pizza and salad from the bar, which was excellent!
This family-owned guest house is located 1.2 mi from popular Fuseta Beach. The green areas of the Ria Formosa Natural Park are within a 4-minute drive of the Bela Alexandra Guest House.
