Hotel is absolutelly fantastic. Located on top of the hills. Beautifull view. Countryside. Orange trees. We walked through them. This place have special energy. Silence. You fill so relaxed. Other people who come to this place were positive, polite, friendly. Hotel staff is so kind. They pay attention to each visitor. Super kind and positive people in restaurant. All of them. At breakfast, lunch and dinner. We filled so welcomed here. Delicious food. Excellent dinner. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Portugal.

My wife and I always enjoy visiting Tavira: we find that it offers both traditional "character" and contemporary comforts (such as a wide range of good restaurants). This year we found that in a similar manner the Quinta do Caracoli provides contemporary comforts (in this case, modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchens, effective heating, etc.) in a delightful setting of traditional buildings and luxuriant gardens. More specifically, while we really appreciated our apartment's modern shower enclosure, full range of kitchen equipmen t, very good WiFi and comfortable bed, we were also very pleased with the traditional design of the apartment -- white walls, massive tile floors, solid wood doors, dark wooden furniture. The massive walls ensured peace-and-quiet, and the spacious layout and abundant closets added to the feeling of comfort. Moreover, our room was nicely serviced each morning. We were delighted by the mature trees and plants in the garden, by the winding paths, by the flowering plants and by the fountains. There were numerous places to sit in the garden as well as some tables.

Situated within 4.1 km of Island of Tavira and 42 km of Church of São Lourenço, Tavira Monte features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tavira.

The Quinta is a perfect place to calm down and to relaxe. Estelle and Damian are very nice persons, answer questions and help at any time. I had a bad cold, Estelle gave me even medicine. The breakfast includes home made marmelade and jam, honey, sausage, cheese, home made cake. The highlight: Freshly pressed juices such as orange and pear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tavira House. Mena was amazing and could not have been more helpful. She greeted us upon arrival, was able to give us our choice of room, gave us ideas of what to do and where to eat and more. Breakfast was perfect and more than enough - we wrapped up what we did not eat for lunch on the beach one day. Jojo, who also worked there was super friendly and so courteous and responsive. Rooms were clean, shower was one of the best during our visit in Portugal and Spain, beds super comfy. Terrace at the top was lovely and a nice place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. Overall we would highly recommend Tavira House and would definitely stay again.
