In general, the hotel is comfortable, well organised and perfectly located. My personal favorites are absolute cleanliness, very beatiful pools and direct access to the ocean. Also dining was delicious.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the spa with the sauna was excellent and we loved that we could use the spa of sentido galomar (the hotel beside uss) as well. The breakfast was soooo delicious and there was a hughe buffet with fresh smoothies, fruits and everything you need. You also had vegan options as soja jogurt.
To the parking situation: we always had a parking slot. And it didn't bother us to pay 40 cent/hour for the parking. That is so cheap and you have the slots right in front of your hotel room.
Surrounded by tropical gardens, the seaside Pestana Grand Ocean Resort Hotel features the largest salt water pool on the Madeira Island.
