The location was superb and the hotel amenities. However, the room was very small but clean. Thank you!

The breakfast was outstanding and the service very welcoming. Exceptional linen and good beds and pillows. Attentive room service. Extremely quiet from inside as well as outside noise. Central location and good elevator. The hotel has a nice old fashioned feel to it, with a general lounge area.

This is a small town convenient as a base to visit downtown Porto by metro and to get to the airport (shorter metro connection than from Porto proper, but requires one change of line). There are a supermarket and some shops and cafes conveniently located on the way from the metro station and on the town central square. The beaches of Matosinhos are also not very far.
