This is a room/suite off a private house. A small terrace overlooks vineyards with citrus and olive trees. Very clean and comfortable room. Comfy bed, well sized room.
There is coffee, tea and fruit provided, but no real breakfast. There are plenty of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants in town. The location is about 5 minutes to town but felt very rural. The owner met us and was very welcoming. Parking is secure behind a gate by their house. Communication was easy and prompt.

In fact we didn’t stay. We looked through the window and we left. Not only there was no view but there was a construction being made in front of the window at (what seemed) one meter away.
We felt walled.
The owner didn’t propose a reimbursement (she felt we were being too particular) and I didn’t want to argue.

Just out of town, this is an interesting redevelopment of a former industrial property. Hotel was clean with good facilities for guests and businesses. Excellent restaurant on site, wine store as well. We highly recommend.
