Not at all what I expected from a 5 star. Shower was leaking, aircon broken, phone in room broken, only one English channel on TV. Very little staff available and no one to assist. Breakfast horrible, no service at all.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was huge and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. We had lunch at the coconut grove and the food was very good.

The food is amazing !! Local products, delicious meals and a lots of choices. We recommend choosing breakfast and dinner included, because its worth the price and for dinner they also have concerts at the restaurant.
