I did not like the fact that the property did not mention (before booking) that the jacuzzy was not available durring our selected time frame. We initially selected this booking especially for the jacuzzy facilities

breakfast was very good. Staff is exceptional, nice and polite. Rooms are comfortable, shower is perfect, TV works fine.

To start with the good things: the staff was amazing. Everyone was well-spoken, polite, and keen to solve whatever your need or problem was. Not so professional though (at dinner, they were busy making up the breakfast tables, and we just had to stack our used plates and silverware, not one of them bothered to clear our table :)
The view from the room was magnificent, the balcony large enough, fridge, bathrobes, slippers all in good order.
The meals were fun, meaning that they don't really seem to know how chafing dishes work (You need a heat source under them!), no labels, not so many choices...but the food was actually good. As in really good. So, not much complaints there.
I was a bit saddened by the fact that at breakfast they didn't have any black tea, just the foo-foo fruity things - but I got over that.
