Wonderful place in a beautiful valley. Staff was very helpful. Scenery was amazing even on cloudy days. Food was excellent. The cook was able to adjust to different tastes, shifting from Romanian cuisine to more international recipes. The owners also have a farm and make their own cheese, for example.

In retrospect, I wish we stayed in more of a central location. Not being familiar with the area, we didn't realize it was at the border with Voinesti. We specifically inquired for a place in Leresti. However, the place was clean, the staff friendly. Our room was very small but being there for just a night, it was OK. We had both diner and breakfast at Veranda, the restaurant affiliated with Pensiunea Saseasca. Food was very good.

Amazing nature nearby. Easily accessible location. Spacious house, pleasant interior design, amenities (towels, bedsheets of good quality). Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quirky and nice, provided everything I needed for a one night stay. The outside is nicely cared for, the grass, the garden pavillion, the swing. Location is not ideal, right on the main road. My room was decently quiet at night, but I imagine rooms closer to the street may prove too noisy. Very large size bathroom, likely larger than the room. Owner is very friendly and helpful. A few parking spaces availble inside the yard. The price seemed right.
