One word: Everything! First of all, our host, Madalina, was very communicative, open and helpful right from the moment I've made the reservation. I was not used to this and it surprised me, but I assure you that Madalina is fair and wants to make sure that you will have a great experience once you step her doorway. During our stay, Madalina made us feel like visiting our best friend. The atmosphere she created was cozy and enjoyable, from interactions between people, music, and comfy couches, to activities which we could do, such as playing guitar, painting, reading books from the rich library, sight seeing, camp fire, etc. I'll let you discover the rest, cause there are plenty more. ;) The beautiful and elegant interior design is the result of Madalina's talent and interest in arts. Kudos for that! The rooms are provided with big comfy beds, in which I've slept like a baby. I usually have sleep problems and wake up easily. Not the case here. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can serve on the terrace while enjoying the amazing landscapes. Multiple barbeque options are available outside. I appreciate very much Madalina's care for the environment and the surrounding resources. The view over the valley and the mountains is breath taking, inspiring, and it induces a sense of serenity. All you could wish for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The location is great for visiting the north part of Apuseni Mountains and their beautiful sights. I need to stop here with the revealing and will let Madalina share with you the fascinating stories about this wonderful place. I'd love to come back here for a longer stay, cause it filled me with good vibes and energy. Big warm hugs to you, Madalina! Thank you for everything! Keep your vibe and rock on!

Magic location of the cabin, clinical cleaning of the room, heating, helpfull and kind staff.

The place was excellent. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Beds comfortable. The food was very good. Service at the bar and restaurant amazing. The host very kind and generous. Definitely we will return. We strongly recommend the location.

Everthing

Our stay at Hilltop was absolutely breathtaking, thanks to its stunning location atop a hill surrounded by majestic mountains. The panoramic views of the landscape were simply awe-inspiring and provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether we were sipping coffee on the terrace or simply gazing out from our room, every moment felt like a postcard-worthy scene. The tranquility of being nestled amidst nature added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting to unwind and recharge.

The scenery is surreal, I've never seen such a peaceful place that not only helps you relax and rewind, but also see things from a different perspective once you come back to your real life. The hosts are great people, two young "ex-multinational company employees" who have found their true meaning in life: the landlady is a great girl that gives you the impression that she's been your best friend since highschool, a yoga instructor that won't miss the chance to show you a few "tricks" if you have the time and her husband is a hard working guy with a sophisticated designer's taste, from whom you have a lot to learn from and who's ideas can be of great inspiration. The location offers intimacy and wonderful ways of spending quality family time ... there is a nice play area for small children, hammocks and swings for " older children", each wodden cottage has it's own patio and gazebo, a place for a barbeque, board games are available in each cabin, wi-fi is impecable ... everything is nothing short of perfect!

Lovely hotel up in the mountains .The restaurant was very good, and the food was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
