Wonderful place in a beautiful valley. Staff was very helpful. Scenery was amazing even on cloudy days. Food was excellent. The cook was able to adjust to different tastes, shifting from Romanian cuisine to more international recipes. The owners also have a farm and make their own cheese, for example.

In retrospect, I wish we stayed in more of a central location. Not being familiar with the area, we didn't realize it was at the border with Voinesti. We specifically inquired for a place in Leresti. However, the place was clean, the staff friendly. Our room was very small but being there for just a night, it was OK. We had both diner and breakfast at Veranda, the restaurant affiliated with Pensiunea Saseasca. Food was very good.

we were the only ones there and it felt really cool like a place that was poppin in the 70’s and has been run down. the owners were super sweet and cooked out food we brought. we were able to play pool for a little extra charge, we could use the board games and darts for free, and it was off the beaten path so we were able to detach from the city life for a bit.

The host and staff are amazing and makes you feel very welcomed. They took care of us even if we got there late by cooking a delicious dinner. Everything is very clean. We were never pressured by any milestone like check-in or check-out hours, breakfast time, etc so we felt very relaxed. They were eager to help us with our baby in any way they could.
