Good location, if you have a car, with a small washer and dryer and soap! The washer takes 2 hours and the dryer takes 3. The room is in a finished basement area with a separate entrance so you have plenty of privacy. The bed is large and there is a pullout sofa that is a 7/10 out of comfort for the sofa. Some of the appliances like the tea kettle could be updated and the sofa was a little stained. But everything seemed clean.
