Sijainti oli oikein hyvä ja autolla oli helppo olla liikenteessä, kun hotellilla oli parkkitilaa hyvin. Hotellissa oli rauhallinen tunnelma. Henkilökunta oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja ystävällistä. Aamiaishuone oli pieni ja aamiainen oli riittävä. Huoneessa pöydällä oli Kristinehamnin kartta ja kaupunki-infolehtinen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli ihanan lämmintä puhaltavan ilmapumpun ansiosta. Receptionista sai ottaa mukaan huoneeseen teetä/kahvia. Omenoitakin.
