The property is very spacious, quiet, clean and cozy. It provides everything you need when travelling.
It was the best night sleep we’ve had in the past 7 days , and we had stayed in some expensive hotels. As you have the house all to yourself without other guests’ noise from different directions.
We’d always been a bit concerned about staying in private properties as we worried about checking in process. But you don’t need to worry about it for this property, as the owner lives close by, and the email instructions for checking in is very clear. The owners are very friendly while valuing your privacy.
I would definitely come back again next time.

A really big property, and if compared with money, nothing can be better. A big two-floor villa only for the guests. The house has everything needed. Wifi Internet connection is good. Private kitchen and bathroom. Free car parking. The owners live in the next house, so they are available all the time. They are really nice and always ready to help. The location is just amazing, and possible to watch from the glass room upstairs, while having breakfast or lunch. It is close to the water and possible to swim there, as there is a small beach. There are peace and silence, but only 22 minutes drive from Sundsvall town.
