Location was great, close to train station, and city center. Room was not large but very clean and had what was needed. I was unable to stay for the breakfast so I can't comment on the food.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at the hotel was thoroughly disappointing, and I struggle to find any positive aspects to highlight. The cleanliness was completely inadequate, with both the room and common areas appearing neglected and dirty. The bed was also very uncomfortable, contributing to a poor night's sleep. The breakfast offered was below standard, with unappealing options that did not meet expectations. Moreover, the service was lacking; the staff appeared uninterested and unresponsive to concerns. Overall, there was nothing to commend about this stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast included many varieties. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Public transportation (tram) was nearby. Great choice for people visiting ESS or the LTH.
