We had extremely kind and efficient reception staff in both evenings. They helped us change from Villa Bor which was dreadful, to the Convent hotel. They were so understanding and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.

Beautiful villa surrounded with wine grapes and olive tree gardens. Exceptional attention to the details, interior is very cosy. Hotel administration staff is super friendly and welcoming - you literally feel like coming home here.
Rooms are spacious and have stunning views from the windows. The bed is big and comfy. Everything is sparkling clean.
There are plenty of nice spaces to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine - a beautiful garden with many nice spots to relax.
The breakfast deserves special praise - a beautifully served table, the food is very tasty.

We had a great stay, and have zero complaints, from initial communication, to finding the place, check-in procedure, settling in. It's a beautiful place, exceptionally clean, so comfortable, staff attentive to a fault. I hope everyone would have that experience in DeGrassi, definitely recommended place.

Extremely dirty, never seen something like this. Hygienic and cleaning conditions unacceptable.
No maintenance.
Kitchen not furnished, 2 bowls, plastic forks...no tea pot, no coffee machine, no dishwasher, no spoons. Refrigerator dirty. Bathroom dirty with blood stains on the tiles.
Unstable cupboard, dangerous for people and kids.
Terrace looks like air court for prisoners.
Never seen the landlady.

On our arrival we found the apartment not cleaned at all, the cleaning liquids forgotten on the child little chair, very dangerous, no service culture.
Under the sofa 4 cm dust, hair and other dirty things.
On the terrace a vase with the previous guests ‘ bathroom waste and other indecent stuff.
Kitchen hood with grease for years’cooking
Lady did not even recognize the bad state of the apartment and proposed a reimbursement of 29 eur for “ cleaning contribution “ despite we stayed there 2 nights instead of 7 nights with advanced payment.
We strongly think this apartment should not be on booking.com. It ruins the good name of the system.
