Host was very nice. This apartment is like a side house where you can enjoy your privacy. You can park your car next to the door entrance which is great if you have a lot of stuff.
We stayed only for one night and the next day when we already left for hiking we realised that some food of ours was left in the refrigerator. We have sent a meesage to the host and he kindly confirmed that we can come back for our food any time. That was really nice from him.

An environment fit for a fairy tale, I thought there was no more beautiful place after Zakopane, but I was wrong. Trenta is a great starting point for many excursions, it is located in the middle of Triglav.

Trenta is a small village and the houses are scattered, most of the visitors are walkers/climbers. The scenery is magnificent and the valley is still very unspoilt.
We had done some food-shopping on our way from Klagenfurt because we weren't sure that there would be a shop or restaurant but there's a small shop and a pizza/pasta restaurant in the 'town centre' It was all perfect for us.

Trenta is a good base for breathtaking hikes through the valley and up the mountains. There is a restaurant and a mini-market so it's well equipped too. Easily accessible by car from Bovec or Kranjska Gora.

Trenta is the very heart of Triglav, if you love outdoors, you will be happy surrounded by the mountains, crystal clear Soca river and couple houses scattered around. Take one of the numerous hikes, walk the Soca trail, zipline in closed by Bovec or drive through the Vrsic pass. I would recommend it to anyone who loves nature.

Trenta is a great location for hiking in the Julian alps.
Trenta is a great location for hiking in the Julian alps. Located at the bottom of Vrscic pass, It has easy access to the high altitude hikes (via public bus), as well as for hiking along the Soca river in the valley. There is a good restaturant and a small grocery store in Trenta (good for making picnic lunches to take on the hiking trail). Trenta is small, quiet and very relaxing
