we’ve spent 10 days there in a group of 13 people, and it was just amazing time. very good location, surrounded by picturesque fields and mountains, very calm and quite. the house is quite new, with a very stylish interior. 20-30 minutes of the road to Jasna Ski resort, 10-15 minutes to Besenova spa.
our host Thomas was very helpful and friendly guy, he provided everything we needed. thanks a lot!
the house has combined main hall with kitchen, so if you are traveling in a big group of people, you will have enough space for the group activities, such as dinner, breakfast, games, etc. :)

Absolutely amazing accommodation! The room was beautiful and cozy, which created a great atmosphere for relaxing. The handy kitchen in the hallway was a big plus, it allowed us to prepare simple meals. The owner was very friendly caring. The parking right next to the guest house made it easy for us to travel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. I highly recommend this accommodation.

All great … please I forget black pants in room 1011 . Is possible to send them to my sister home : In Czech rep. hotel charge premium rates, but acting like hotel 8 ( cheap hotel) they don’t send me my pants.. they acknowledge they have my pants and that’s all … I spent in hotel 3 000$
And hotel can’t spend 10$ ??? Cheap… and this was my 3th. Visit from USA … I think my last one…
