Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24/7 and the receptionist was very nice person always ready to help. Hotel also made sure it's warm inside because heating was already turned on which we appreciated after long hiking during the day. The breakfast was also tasty and a car park was spacious as well.

The owner is a really nice lady who truly cares about the place and the guests. We were able to communicate both in English and Polish! She also provided us with all information we could've wanted about the Slovak Paradise and the other attractions in the vicinity of the national park. The size and the quality of breakfasts were exceptional! Although I recommend visiting the Slovak Paradise in autumn, instead of August, since the waterfalls aren't dried out then.
