Everything was exceptional. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom had working fixtures, there was always hot water. The windows opened to provide fresh air. The shared kitchen was great with all of the necessary cookware and dishes. The hotel is within walking distance of Slovak Paradise Park and the train station.

The owner is a really nice lady who truly cares about the place and the guests. We were able to communicate both in English and Polish! She also provided us with all information we could've wanted about the Slovak Paradise and the other attractions in the vicinity of the national park. The size and the quality of breakfasts were exceptional! Although I recommend visiting the Slovak Paradise in autumn, instead of August, since the waterfalls aren't dried out then.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24/7 and the receptionist was very nice person always ready to help. Hotel also made sure it's warm inside because heating was already turned on which we appreciated after long hiking during the day. The breakfast was also tasty and a car park was spacious as well.

It was a beautiful and clean room, it smelled pleasantly as we entered. The kitchenette was equipped with all the necessary cutlery and crockery. The host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
