An amazing hotel with an amazing breakfast (not just "milk, toasts and cereals", but a selection of really good options), polite and helpfull staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.

Great location, good breakfast and clean hotel. We were a bit put off by a note threatening to charge us $1000 baht because our child’s sleep diaper leaked mildly on the bed (he’s four and a registered guess). The staff was also less friendly than we had experienced throughout Thailand and eye contact as well as service was only when required/asked.
Located on Ratchadamnoen Road Soi 6 in the Chiang Mai Old Town area, Estia Chiangmai offers Lanna-style accommodations right next to the famous Sunday Walking Street.
