The owners were absolutely exceptional. They have been so nice, they have made sure I was comfortable and got everything I needed. I got all the needed facilities and they even provided me with custom arrangements, as well as giving me free snacks, water, canned drinks and even gifting me some fresh fruits! They also provided me with a early check-in (at 7am) and a late check-out (at 6pm) for free.
This place is a bit far from the BTS station but everything is reachable fairly quickly using Grab. My room was really comfortable, clean and quiet.
Definitely a wonderful value for money!

I liked the fact that the hotel is a 5-star hotel contending with some international brands located in the same neighborhood, and it did not disappoint. This was our second stay on our 2 month trip. Shangri-la Bangkok is the gold standard. Exceptional in every way. Ate at Voti Italian restaurant 2 nights. Fabulous. A true first class restaurant. The concierge helped us a lot. He made me a dental appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Did the facial, ear candling, dentist, and haircut. Worked out in the gym a bunch. Excellent facility. Spent a bunch of time at the pool . Fabulous. Of course the staff is always excellent. We stay in the private Krupthep wing. That area is quiet and over the top beautiful. We have one more stay for 3 days middle of May before we go back to the boring USA. Thank you for everything.
