Employees hardly speak english. ordered a taxi at 03.30 for 4 persons plus a small child' and told them to pay with card. then there is a taxi with only 3 seats and no possibility to pay with card. `Yes, he will drive to an ATM first`. Which will cost 8 Euro extra in banking fees. Please hire English speaking employees. Beds were really hard. Room was clean tho.

When I booked this, I think the description included a nearby toilet. Turned out that toilet is no longer working, and you have to go up to the airport toilet on the first floor. Other than that, the capsule is really spacious and comfy, and the staff is cheerful and helpful!
