This was our second stay on our 2 month trip. Shangri-la Bangkok is the gold standard. Exceptional in every way. Ate at Voti Italian restaurant 2 nights. Fabulous. A true first class restaurant. The concierge helped us a lot. He made me a dental appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Did the facial, ear candling, dentist, and haircut. Worked out in the gym a bunch. Excellent facility. Spent a bunch of time at the pool . Fabulous. Of course the staff is always excellent. We stay in the private Krupthep wing. That area is quiet and over the top beautiful. We have one more stay for 3 days middle of May before we go back to the boring USA. Thank you for everything.

I loved the cleanliness and the room, toilet etc. Peter the front office staff was awesome. Helped us a lot with a pleasant and smiling face. He seemed to be empathizing with a pax's requirement. Full marks to him, since I did not get overall friendly treatment across where I went, but he was exceptional.

I honestly have no words. It was my first time in a suite but Im pretty sure everyone does not experience what i experienced here. The staff had huge smiles on their faces. Whenever we came from shopping someone used to rush out to help us with our bags.
We used the utensils in the suite and always found them washed and racked the next day and our clothes perfectly folded and seperated on our beds.
The gym and pool times are more convenient that what I saw in moy previous stays in other properties.
The ACs were in peak condition and the toilets were super clean and fragrant.
Ive travelled a fair bit and I have to say this hotel by far is ranked the highest in terms of price, cleanliness and most importantly the Staff.
