There is a small parking lot next to the hotel, although it was low season so parking on the street was fine as well. The downtown area is 20-30 min of walk, which is exactly why I chose this place, so I am quite happy with the location. Day shift receptionist spoke some English, evening shift did not, but Google translate always helps. Internet was strong and stable. If you are into all inclusive type hotels in the south and expect an open buffet style meals, this is not your place. That being said, they do offer an excellent breakfast. However, what makes this place unique is the staff and management. They are extremely attentive and they will go above and beyond. We will definitely go back to Foca with a bigger group.
