The suite was so huge that it needed two air conditioning units. There was a dining room, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. The room had a safe and a mini fridge. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo and body gel. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The included breakfast buffet was good. The included afternoon tea was just okay. The hotel has a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The location is less than a 5 minutes walk to Formosa MRT and less than 10 minutes to Liouhe Night Market. The hotel called a taxi for me upon departure, and it arrived in less than a minute.

SImple city , friendly, culvert system not good, too many motor cycles and it is dangerous for a small family riding on one bike, small kid in front, a parent driving, with older child sitting behind.

Kaohsiung is beautiful!
Kaohsiung is beautiful! There are a number of hiking trails that are easily accessible from the city. Lots of restaurant and cafe options around. More importantly though, it's the people. Taiwanese people are very friendly, respectful, soft-spoken, and generally pleasant. Will definitely go back to Taiwan.

First time to Kaosiung, nice city very clean, Go to Chaishan for day hiking, beautiful ocean view, see lots of monkeys on the road. Go to BuoER Art Zone, surprise with it's layout, can easily wandering around for the whole day. Very impressed. Also you should visit FU Guang Temple, very grand, its amazing
2 minutes walking distance to tram (LRT) Dayi Pier-2 station. The hotel is surrounded by 6 tourist attractions. Easy to get halal food. Just take tram from dayi pier-2 station to shoushan park station. It is just twd10 per trip, very cheap.
The hotel's design was superb and the view from window was wowwwww. The wifi was superb speed!!!!
Highly recommended for muslim too who prefers water hose in the toilet. I dont want to rate this hotel 5 stars but i give 10 stars. Bravo....
The location of the hotel is near to Kaohsiung Zuoying HSR Station with about 10 minutes of walk. The hotel is very unique with the small guardhouse that served as a front desk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big with colourful bathtub and you can even adjust the room lighting ambience which is so cool! The breakfast is very Taiwanese style and feel very homie.
Location is gd, directly in front of kaohsiung subway station. Still easily accessible, though there was some construction. Room was clean, and although not very spacious, but is manageable for a solo traveller and or for 2 pax. Surrounding has some fast food restaurants and Indonesia food just right beside the hotel. There is a free laundry at level one, which makes it perfect for me.
The hotel was centrally located near the Kaohsiung Main Station and the Formosa Blvd stop on their local transit system. We had a quadruple room that was spacious and has a separate rooms for toilet and shower/tub. The room's amenities include a mini bar with snacks and coffee and tea packets. It serves a nice buffet breakfast for all guests.
Great location - the hotel is 7mins walk from Formosa Boulevard Station which connects most of the tourist attractions in Kaohsiung. It was pretty easy to get to the hotel from High Speed Train Station. The hotel also offers a decent selection of breakfast buffet, and the taste was very lovely for me to start my long weekend trip in the city.
Near airport.
Two 7-11s nearby, one of them within two minutes walk.
Also, plenty of eateries nearby, one of which, is just next door, Starbucks across the hotel.
Bed is comfortable, water pressure for shower is powerful.
Good WiFi.
Nice spread for buffet breakfast.
Self service washing machine available.
100% value for money.
It's a great hotel that offers everything you need for a stay in the city, the single room is great for a short stay, clean and with very comfortable bed and a Smart TV (prime/netflix). Good area to explore Kaohsiung, night markets and restaurants nearby not far from the river and docks. I fully enjoyed my stay.
We were captivated by the interior and design the moment we stepped into the hotel. Fantastic view from the lobby and room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently accessible by the subway. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay in the hotel again if we go Kaohsiung.
The location is the main point of this hotel. It is located in a central part of Kaohsiung city, just a few mins from the MRT and nearby night markets and restaurants. The room itself was comfy enough, although the place seems not really spacious, still for this price point, it is really worth the value
The best accommodation in Kaohsiung! It is a backpackers hostel, but if you chose one private room, you will get more than in a hotel! All shared places were excellent. The room was cleaned every day - every day fresh bedsheet, towels and water bottles! The staff was exceptionally friendly.
As senior citizens who frequent Kaohsiung, this hotel is centrally located and the staff members are generally pleasant and efficient, especially the morning breakfast staff member by the name of Ah Chuen, a sweet young lady who is always alert to the needs of customers.
Overall my 3rd visit and probably not last one, I really feel comfortable in this hotel whenever I need to visit Kaohsiung .
Special mention to the breakfast buffet which is again self-service, great step forward! Being served by staff was not that exciting...
This is my 5th hotel in the city of Kaohsiung. Best one hands down. Clean and new. Very nice bathrooms. Modern look and it was in a great location for my needs. Night market just a couple blocks over and plenty of shops. Great price. This is one guy's opinion.
Hotel R14 is next to the Kaohsiung Arena metro station, which made getting around (including to the airport and HSR station) easy. I had a corner room with a great view of park and intersection, and breakfast was included. Good value for money paid.
Hotel very near to Kaohsiung train station , the room is big, i like the Cozy corner they facilitate at the dining area (you can have drinks & biscuit (Breakfast till 9pm) while waiting for your free laundry (Only dryer charged NT$20 for 30 mins)
This is not a normal hotel. It's for couple to have fun for couple of hours or overnight. Not recommended with kids. It is fine for us but not everyone one likes it. It has a garage door to park a car with entrance.
Very fine new hotel with a great location, easy underground parking and good window view making this hotel ranks one of the best 5 star hotels in Taiwan.
