The view from balcony was good. The staff was very friendly. Appreciated offer to check-in alittle early Location next to 7-11. Across street from beach. Beach had a lot of toys such as banana boat and beach chairs and umbrellas. Room was spacious. Hot/cold water dispenser and Microwave in lobby. Nice neighborhood with a really good pizza restaurant and other small beach shops.

We loved this place, its amazing for kids, and relaxing! It has a nice family feeling, not too fancy, but just what you want in a bed and breakfast. The hosts were incredible! So helpful, very kind, and a true picture of Taiwan hospitality. Next time we go to Kenting we will definitely stay here again. They will upgrade you to the biggest and best room free of charge whenever possible. The back deck area is very relaxing and fun for kids to explore. You are right across the street from Nan Wan beach, and the free parking spot for those driving is also great. They had a bathtub for our 1 year old, beach toys for free use and the host gave us loads of his home grown tomatoes and even roasted a chicken for us all for free! The spirit of genuine hospitality really made our trip fun. They have a dog, but he is a silent, gentle old dog who mostly just lounges in a corner of the owner's area, and was never in our space. My kids are scared of dogs, but they had no problem with this one. Good cold air conditioning, purified cold and hot water machine. Would 100% recommend.
