It was a nightmare checking in because I booked via booking.com and Hilton have this absolutely ridiculous policy that people that are diamond status can extend a stay even if the hotel is fully booked. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard and I’m still not sure it’s true but in any case Chianti worked it through with me but honestly don’t third party book this property. Book directly with them or expect to be without a room. In any case, the staff were super friendly and the accommodations were good. Nice room and it was comfortable.

It was horrible. The airconditioning unit under the window was loud and I was deprived of sleep. the wall remote control was not functioning. The front desk staff was unhelpful. The kitchen failed to deliver a burger to my room despite numerous calls and despite the front desk assurance that it was on its way. In told an awful night. Won't ever stay at a Hilton again.
