Eric thought of EVERYTHING! You feel like it’s an experience more than a place to sleep. The food was the best we had in 4 days in Grand Canyon and Page.

The location was great, right across the street from a great viewing location of Glen Canyon
BigWater was just gorgeous! We were on a trip of Arizona and Utah and this was one of our favorite places! The only thing was that we just stayed for one day 🙁. We did some hiking and rented a boat and enjoyed the water! Gorgeous scenery!

A bit out of Page, some 17 miles and 20-25 minutes, but it was worth it as the residence is extremely comfortable and the master bedroom and bathroom are very tastefully decorated and clean with double sinks all for about half the cost of locale motels.
And, Sean and Michele are extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us a number of suggestions to our queries about things to do in the area; Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, star gazing and The Toadstools Utah, worth the 20 min trip and 2 hr visit, to mention a few.
Thanks guys and a hug to the four of you, especially your young bundle of joy.....Drew.
Eric is an absolute gem and an amazing chef! My friend and I absolutely loved the decor, the location, and the breakfast that was provided! Couldn't have asked for better hospitality! The location is beautiful and very close to some amazing restaurants. You'll get the full B&B experience at Dreamkatchers...definitely book if you're in the area!

Great stay, super kind hostess! The rooms were good, especially considering the price, we were surprised! A lot of parking spaces in front and very kind people. Nearby antilope canyon and toodstool trailhead. Also consider a lunch at John's bbq in the centre, it was delicious!
Clean, neat, most impressive is how quiet it was. Lots better than the big hotels where doors slam at all hours and people above never quit walking or jumping! This is a small place but room was exceptionally clean as were the linens. You can’t go wrong staying here.
I loved the Water mist by the tents and the fact there is a restraunt nearby, even though it's not open all day. Having Shower and a toilet are nice too! The help from the staff to haul luggage back and forth and to bring you anything needed. The view was also great!
This place is amazing! (And even more beautiful in real than what we expected from the pictures...)
Location is incredible, tents are super comfortable and cosy, staff is adorable. Choosing to book another hotel in this area would be a huge mistake... ;-)
first and foremost, the lovely, kind and super helpful lady who welcomed us!
thanks so much for your kindness, truly! you are the reason i’ll surely come back once i pass trough Big Water again!!
Plus, super clean, cozy and tidy!
thanks again for having us!
The decor of the hotel was adorable! Our plans changed last minute and they were able to get us a nice room. We were close to Page and loved the privacy. Very clean room and very kind staff. We would love to stay again if we're ever in the area.
One of the best places I stayed during my 10-day trip through Utah. Staff was really nice. And for europeans: this was the only hotel which had rooms with real heating (and not just ac). I had a fantastic stay :)
The manager was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet environment and fresh air surrounding. We recomment this hotel, if you like to stay out of town a little
Great value for money! Highly recommended. Nice, clean and spacious room, with TV, fridge, microwave, large bathroom, comfortable parking. Short ride to Page and all atrractions nearby.
Value. The other motels closer to Page were much more expensive. The staff was wonderful. It wasn’t decorated like your typical chain hotel. It was homey.
Awesome hotel. Lady on the front desk was super. The hotel is quiet during the night with amazing view for sunset and sunrise. Internet was really good.
