The customized omelets were a highlight. The indoor pool and splash pad were also perfect for my toddler girls. I wish I had time to check out the outdoor pool! Everything was very clean and walking through the hotel felt like walking through an art museum; it was beautiful.

We went to a wonderful little restaurant called Willow Creek Grill and a wonderful hike the following morning close to a golf course that provided a view of the city. Great for the dog before continuing on the road that day. Loved Boise.

Boise is a nice place.
Boise is a nice place. It’s easy to drive around the city without stressing. Downtown is a fun area with lots of restaurants and shops. I recommend the Birds of Prey Sanctuary. It’s a few miles out but not very far at all. Definitely worth visiting.

The staff was adequate.
The staff was adequate. We first noticed the puke on the carpet as we got out of the elevator. Called the front desk and they informed us they knew of it but hadn't had time to deal with it. Understandable. Hours later they still hadn't. GROSS!!!! They weren't THAT busy! Half full at best guess. Had broken glass on the bathroom floor. The shower had good water pressure but was almost impossible to reset the temperature to a comfortable setting. Either you froze or got scalded. Stayed for several days and never received any fresh towels, Called the front desk to request more They gave us two towels. We were a party of three. There are plenty of cheaper flea-bitten hotels to stay at for less money for the level of comfort and price they charged.. Also, their web page boast of an on-site restaurant, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, no cereal, eggs, nor meat of any kind. basically great if you want to eat waffles and nothing else. Overall a disappointing experience for the money we paid. If I could give a minus Number for a review I would do so. Stay at a Holiday Inn Express and save yourself the grief.

Easy to get around Boise.
Easy to get around Boise. Lots of places to eat, both casual and more fancy. Lots of outdoor activities available. Weather was great (a little hot though). Nice downtown area with shops. Capitol building is cool. Lots of breweries. Lots of outdoor seating. Seemed like all of the roads were being resurfaced while we were there. Only negative.

Oh my gosh the history alone was magnificent. Clean.
Oh my gosh the history alone was magnificent. Clean. Parks are absolutely beautiful!! Ann Morrison Park was our favorite but as my 14 y.o. said, it needs a basketball court. Julia Davis Park was nice, the zoo was a plus. Freak Gallery Alley was awesome, some major talent. Walked around downtown, enjoyed the music, the views and probably would've enjoyed more but my teenager isn't much for just sitting and listening to music. Very eclectic feeling walking around early Saturday evening. Train Depot views of the area were nice. Penitentiary was a success and history galore.
I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was great for its price! It was really close to the airport and like 10 minutes from downtown!
The lobby and restaurant looked very nice. It was clean and well lit. The staff was also nice. They had a great spot for studying/ working which I liked.
The room was a good size. The window had great black out curtains. The had some usb charging ports which was great because I forgot my outlet adapter at home. Also, the bed was sooooooooo comfy! Me and my friend slept like a baby!
We flew into Boise and out of Boise the next day. We want a hotel near the airport that provided a shuttle serve from and to the airport. Our King room was large and comfy to sleep in, no hwy noise at all.
Breakfast the next morning was similar to most other hotels but still hot and good.
Staff was very friendly at the hotel and on the shuttle van. Our stay had all requirements met.
Everything was literally perfect. This place made our trip to Boise so much better. Staying in a place with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with kids is so much better than staying in a single hotel room. This place was very nice and very clean! Looks just like the pictures. This is a great value for the price. Book this place now! It’s worth it!
Room was quiet, comfortable and close to fitness center, breakfast and pool. Bed was decent and the room temp was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, good choices and pleasant eating space. The hotel is located conveniently close to shopping and restaurants; good parking. Friendly and helpful desk staff.
The staff made the stay very pleasant. They were well informed and enabled to make decisions on the spot for any requests. The hotel is located on the best part of downtown Boise with all restaurants at walking distance. It is also perfect for working, walking by the river walk and close to the university.
We drove from Canada to Boise in one day-it was a long day. We were tired and ready to rest. The hotel was amazing. This is one of the 5 hotels we have stayed in this trip and by far the best. Great staff, amazing room, great breakfast, clean, quiet and exceptional value for your money
I love this hotel! It is super close to the Boise River and the lovely pathway that runs all around it.
The food is great, the wine is interesting and the staff is friendly, helpful and fun.
Plus it’s cool to stay in a modern place that used to be a Travelodge!
The proximity to downtown Boise was great, parking was easy, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding are a notch up from other hotels in this price range. They had hot breakfast with enough choices! A Generous check out time was a bonus as well.
Stayed during the week as we were touring Boise State College. Very close to airport and downtown. Staff was pleasant and pool was refreshing. Hotel was quiet at night. Again this was during week. The weekends are way more busy.
Our room was big, clean and comfy. Check in was great! I think Andrew helped us. Very nice guy!! Even the ladies cleaning were super nice. We usually stay at the Hampton downtown but this will be our go to hotel every time now!
Hotel was much nicer inside than it appeared from the street. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable, staff was friendly, service was great, restaurant was very good.
The whole hotel was great:spacious, clean and the staff super friendly.
The lady in the breakfast room was very attentive so was the staff at reception helping finding restaurants.
The best hotel I've ever stayed in. New and clean and room smelled clean! Everything was super clean and so enjoyable. The walk to the downtown was awesome so pretty.
It was very clean, pool was very nice and refreshing. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again if I was in the area.
