The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Everyone we met gave us a warm hearted hello with a smile. Loved having the bit of extra space with ability to draw the curtain, after a week staying in a cramped NYC hotel room with 3 kids. Kids said the beds were the most comfy out of the 3 hotels we stayed in over the week and apparently we were all snoring lol. I had a great morning swim, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location with lots of dining options in the area and only 15 minutes from the Strong National Play Museum.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of selections of both hot and cold food options.
Decent sized rooms. Liked having the mini fridge and microwave.

Everything was great.
Everything was great. It's not the best time to travel but I still need to take a look at the colleges my daughter is interested in. The Hampton has great COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to make your experience the best.

We didn't have much time to explore Brockport, as we were traveling from our hotel to the outskirts of Brockport. We ate in a local restaurant, not especially to our liking, but that was not to reflect on the town itself. Lots of nice little shops.

Easy to get around. Nice, friendly people. Good choices for eating out. Great Wegmans store. A few really unique gift shops. Fun bike ride (free use of bikes) along the river. This feature could have been more widely advertised.

After calling 5 or 6 over a period of 5-6 days requesting that the shirts be sent to me, we never received them. We had to request a family member who lives about 45 minutes from the hotel to go by and pick them up for us. I'm sure the Best Wester would not appreciate it if I didn't pay for my hotel on time and I certainly don't appreciate it that they would not mail my shirts to me. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. His name was Bill and he let me know that I was upstairs in the penthouse and gave me directions to the elevator. It's a beautiful hotel!
