Breakfast choices were great. Staff were super friendly!
Everything was great. It's not the best time to travel but I still need to take a look at the colleges my daughter is interested in. The Hampton has great COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to make your experience the best.

We didn't have much time to explore Brockport, as we were traveling from our hotel to the outskirts of Brockport.
We ate in a local restaurant, not especially to our liking, but that was not to reflect on the town itself.
Lots of nice little shops.

Nice, friendly people.
Good choices for eating out.
Great Wegmans store.
A few really unique gift shops.
Fun bike ride (free use of bikes) along the river. This feature could have been more widely advertised.
We were not expecting this level of hotel for the price we paid. We were very skeptical before we got to check in but by the time we left we could not be more satisfied. The entire hotel could not of been any cleaner. Our room looked like we were the very first people to stay there. People should not be scared off by the price. This is a first rate stay. Thank you so much.
Location was perfect! (Close to SUNY Brockport) Breakfast was great (no sausage or home fries/hash browns, but everything else was good). Pool was small, which I appreciated, but some people may prefer a bigger pool. There were ladies/mens rooms at the pool, which was great!
I liked the bathroom and shower and tub. Everything in the room was great. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. His name was Bill and he let me know that I was upstairs in the penthouse and gave me directions to the elevator. It's a beautiful hotel!
Breakfast was very good for American standard. Hotel was new, very clean and the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice garden surrounding the hotel.
