This property is run down-little or no real maintenance. Had to switch to a second room as the first was in very poor condition. As there are other facilities in the area will never consider staying at this location again.

A quiet stay with clean rooms.
A quiet stay with clean rooms. The place/rooms has no smell which I prefer (tho i never went to the thrid floor). Parking is a little small but not a huge deal, price was cheap and great for what you recieve. Would stay again!

Walking distance to Sky Zone, Ticklez, Subway and hair and nail spot. 2 minute drive to the lake. Eateries are only a 3 minute drive away; we ate at Applebees. Adam's Family eatery, great food, is only a 2 minute drive away. The room was a good size for me and my grandchildren. We were perfectly situated on the first floor and and by the back door, which made it great to come and go without disturbing others or having to go through the lobby. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle was parked right outside our room window, which I prefer to be able to see my vehicle when I'm away.

I didn’t go to Budd Lake.
I didn’t go to Budd Lake. I came to the area for the Lovelight Music and Yoga Festival at the Waterloo Concert Field. I stayed at the Super 8 which was in a perfect convenient location for food and other stores for necessities. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Budd Lake Diner and the Burrito shop were my favorites for breakfast and dinner. The town and parks are beautiful.

The hotel is on a very busy 4 lane road with a lot of traffic. I never noticed traffic noise even though our room was street side. It is a fairly busy congested area however within a few minutes driving distance are highways and country roads. The included pictures are at the golf course where my husband golfed.
