The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were nice. There were no bed bugs after I conducted a full search but these are the only positives I have to share.

Everything else needs improvement. It is in dire need of an upgrade in all aspects. If you're passing through for a night or 2 ok. Any longer stay is not recommended. There is a target, Walmart, and dollar tree a block away so you can get cleaning supplies to clean the room.

Finally...This would be my 3rd time staying...1) Stay was AWESOME 2) Stay was TERRIBLE 3) Stay was AWFUL....No Dish Setup as Advertised....View was the back of Costco Store where trucks are loading/unloading....Got the 2nd Floor was a Disaster as I thought...The noise was unbelievable...in the hallway...Wake up to maintenance crew doing lawn @8:40 in the morning...The refrigerator kept making this loud irritating noise...On/Off...I had to sleep through this...Oh by the way the 2nd visit the Elevator was out for two days...I had to walk my things down 3 flights of stairs...I will probably be trying your Burr Ridge location...The front Desk personnel were rude and seemed as though were overworked???? Maybe just lazy...people spend alot of money alot of these things shouldn't happen....

Everything was within walking distance, it appeared to be a nice town, we only stayed a few days. Museums and aquarium are awesome!. Traffic could get overwhelming, but its Chicago so you should expect that
Overall a nice experience. Will visit again.

Got in about 10 pm and crawled into bed only to discover the next morning that there was dayold poop on the top and bottom sheets of the bed.
The manager accused my wife of causing the problem and she added that if we thought we were getting a discount that wasn’t happening
She called the corporate office to explain what happened.
At breakfast the attendant blocked access to the food bar with guests waiting while she unloaded two large boxes of cereal.
The advertised WiFi did not work so we had trouble hailing UBER TO MAKE our exit.
This was not Best Western
More like worst Western.
Not worthy of the chain’s name
Our stay in Chicago was very enjoyable. This was the perfect home for our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and how beautifully decorated it was with the modern touches. The bedrooms were comfortable and the garage parking was an added plus. We did not have to hassle with parking. The family room was just perfect for our evening down time. All our needs were met and we look forward to any future stays at this home. Thank you!
The room was primarily clean. Like most hotels, walking barefoot turns your feet black. They are currently short staffed for the front desk, but do offer accommodation with a phone for check-in and check-out. Free parking. Staff was extremely patient and nice.
Nothing about the place. Phone didn't work, no breakfast. NO AMENITIES OF ANY KIND. But, I guess because of the weather, beggars can't be choosers. I can honestly say that in my 75 years, that was the worst hotel/motel I have ever experienced.
