We booked on Booking.com and had a problem with the reservation so the front desk lady helped me. We arrived on Friday, Feb. 2nd around 9:00 and the young lady at the desk was fantastic. Booking.com said it would be two hours to send our reservation to the hotel but she got us another reservation thru the hotel and we only had to wait 50 minutes. Can't say enough about the young person who was working that night!

I stayed at the Emerson-Lakepoint, GA area of Cartersville, GA. It was a nice family type area with fast food restaurants, Subway, Starbucks, Chik Fil a, McDonalds. They had a Loves's Gas Station, a nice family bowling activity center across from the Hampton Inn where I stayed. The Hampton was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. This Hampton was pet friendly. The area was overall small and quiet. They had a water sports area behind the Hampton called Lake Point. I stayed in January and too cold then for water sports. The area would probably be busier in the warmer months. There is quick easy access to I-75. I would stay here again.

Night stay at Days Inn by Wyndham in Cartersville. As grandparents, We were there for a baseball tournament and really only needed a place to sleep and shower. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of our room. The night clerk was especially nice and informative. She told us places to eat that were not fast food! Actually, every staff member was courteous and helpful. We’ve already suggested it for some friends that are traveling to Florida and just need a place to crash overnight. It’s a deal!
We ate at Spot20 and Biscuit Belly. Both were very good. The Lake Point Stadium was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of handicapped parking!

It is a beautiful city with a lot of history . We stopped by a wing place called city wings. Great wings. The hotel sits on a hill. Very nice! Cartersville has a small town feel with all the stores you’d need while staying there.

I had difficulty navigating some of the roads around my hotel in Cartersville, but I enjoyed the sights and food while there. I did not get to do much while I was in Cartersville, but the scenery was gorgeous. Next time, I will look more closely at my hotel's location relative to roads and traffic lights.
The breakfast and staffing in the breakfast area was exceptional. With a large family we are usually the last to leave the bkfst area. However, the staff continued to put food out until their scheduled closing time which was a a nice surprise. We were finished and just visiting together when the bkfst area started closing and the staff came over and asked if we would like anything additional before they started closing it up. It was a refreshing change from many other bkfst areas at other hotels.
We went for the continental breakfast and the lady was on the phone when I ask about coffee she was extremely rude.. nothing was made for a continental breakfast. I ask for coffee for my room she threw it on the desk and then I ask for cream and sugar she did the same and continued to talk on her phone as if I bothered her . I've never seen a hotel that doesn't serve breakfast. I liked my stay and from now on I'll just deal with the nice gentleman that checked me in..he was very nice..

We were traveling from our home in Grayling Michigan to our home in Sarasota Fl. We usually stay in Cartersville GA. Decided on Comfort Inn because we’ve had some bad experiences at othe motels in area, too noisy etc. Loved the beds and pillows, the sweet girl at the desk was so helpful.
This is a wonderful hotel on my route to Florida. Staff were exceptional! The hotel is lovely, spacious lobby, incredibly clean, rooms exceptional! This is now my absolute hotel choice on my way back and forth from Florida--great job!
Since my last stay the hotel has gone thru some renovations and appeared
Fresh and bright. The hotel and rooms were showing wear and tear and
The renovations appear to have taken care of those issues.
Nothing to like.
No breakfast, when booking the add said Breakfast is included. False advertising.
No pool either.
Wake up Pandemic is long over in other hotels, very cheap on managements part.
When we got to the location they told us our reservation was not available because we lived within a 30-mile radius of the hotel on Valentine's night. The staff person appeared to be racist.
Breakfast choices were not good, all sugary carbs. The floor in the dinning area was filthy. The hotel/kitchen associate was very professional and helpful.
