Was put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned and the door wouldn’t close properly , was then moved to a different room and that room had bed bugs . Staff was not helpful at all

It was fine, everything was good

They are remodeling. Lobby is torn up and had to use outdoor exits to reach the rooms. Also the rooms were loud. You could hear every word spoken in the hallway, and when the shower in the next room was used it sounded like it was in our room.

I enjoyed the layout of the room, huge TV on a swivel so I could watch while having breakfast in the kitchen area and then when winding down in bed.. Awesome.
